Spa Arrival

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to begin your relaxation experience and take advantage of our amenities. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

Spa Attire

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and bring a swim suit. Do not bring jewelry or valuables to the spa. A robe and slippers will be provided. Our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort so you can fully enjoy your relaxing experience.

Courtesy

While enjoying our treatments and facilities, we kindly ask that you engage in quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones and other electronic devices to maintain the serenity within our spa. The salon and spa is a smoke-free environment.

Reservation

All Parties are able to be accomodated. Guest are welcome to provide their own refreshments. Please inform us prior to your event in the case a table is needed.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our staff and clients, if you must cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

Product Returns

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Therefore, you may exchange or receive a store credit for products only, within 7 days of the original purchase. Make up is final sale, by Aveda.

Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity. If you feel it is appropriate, gratuity is greatly appreciated. Gift certificates cannot be used for gratuity. Gratuity may only be added to a credit card, when combined with a purchase.

Gift certificate purchases are non refundable. However we are happy to transfer them.
